Radbit is a modern Indian electrical and lighting brand built at the intersection of design, finance, and technical expertise — founded by two professionals whose combined experience shapes every decision we make.

At the helm is Nitin Agrawal, a seasoned Interior Designer and Civil Construction expert with over 25 years of experience. His deep understanding of space, structure, and aesthetics ensures that Radbit’s electrical solutions don’t just function — they integrate seamlessly with the design and architecture of every project. Under his vision, electrical work becomes a deliberate, design-conscious element of modern living.

Alongside him, Bikash Lath brings over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and accomplished businessman. His financial acumen, strategic mindset, and entrepreneurial drive have been the backbone of Radbit’s growth — most notably its successful expansion into the lighting industry over the past three years. His leadership has positioned Radbit as a brand that delivers lighting solutions which are energy-efficient, reliable, and aesthetically refined.

We started Radbit because we believed the Indian lighting market deserved better. Not just better products — better thinking. A rigorous approach to thermal management, optical precision, and material quality that matched global standards, built and priced for Indian projects.

Every Radbit fixture goes through multi-stage quality validation before it leaves our factory. Our die-cast aluminium bodies, precision powder coatings, and advanced COB modules are selected for longevity, not just cost efficiency.
